GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research located in Germany is interested to host ERASMUS+ trainees students/researchers enrolled at Vilnius University.

Professional training and mentorship are available for a broad range of topics, e. g. biophysics, material research (incl. NANO), high-performance computing, radiation therapy and protection, accelerator technology, superconducting magnets, atomic physics, plasma physics, nuclear physics and chemistry. Few places are also available in Technology transfer, Project management division.

 

The trainees have opportunities to get accommodation at guesthouse, which can be supported by facility, also get access to the library, coupons to food restaurant in campus and a bike which can be borrowed for the whole duration.
